WhatsApp Messaging Compliance Policy

This Policy governs all messaging services routed through Zunnich. All customers must comply with this Policy, Meta policies, WhatsApp Business Platform terms, and applicable local communications laws.

1. Consent and Opt-In

You may only message recipients who have explicitly consented to receive communications from your business. The customer is solely responsible for collecting and maintaining proof of consent. You must offer clear opt-out options (e.g. "Reply STOP to unsubscribe") in your automated chats.

2. Prohibited Messaging Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using Zunnich to:

  • Send cold marketing broadcasts or unsolicited promotional campaigns
  • Import or message scraped, purchased, or third-party lead lists
  • Conduct fraudulent promotions, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offerings
  • Promote restricted products (e.g. gambling, tobacco, alcohol, adult content)
  • Send abusive, harassing, or threatening content

3. Meta Templates and Restrictions

All proactive business-initiated messages must use pre-approved WhatsApp templates. Meta controls template approvals, rejections, or category updates. Zunnich does not guarantee template approvals, as these decisions are made solely by Meta.

4. Number Rating and Suspensions

WhatsApp monitors number quality ratings based on user block and report rates. If your business generates high block rates, Meta may rate-limit your messaging tiers or suspend your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Zunnich is not liable for bans, blocks, or limits imposed by Meta.

5. Enforcement

To protect platform integrity, we automatically monitor messaging metrics. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate compliance standards.
