1. Acceptance of Terms

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you access Zunnich on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you hold full authorization to bind that entity.

2. Services

Zunnich provides WhatsApp automation, AI chatbot configurations, team-shared inboxes, broadcasting metrics, CRM tools, billing utilities, and customer communication channels. We reserve the rights to refine, change, or deprecate tool features to enhance performance.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and hold legal capacity to agree to binding business contracts.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping account access credentials secret. All activities taking place under your account are your responsibility. You must comply with all national communications regulations and WhatsApp's official commercial templates regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misbehave on the Platform. In particular, you must not use the Platform to:

• Distribute unsolicited promotional messages or spam
• Bypass WhatsApp consent requirements or violate Meta commercial rules
• Distribute malicious scripts, computer viruses, or fraudulent links
• Deceive end users or misrepresent your brand identity
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary intellectual properties

Accounts in violation of these safety regulations are subject to immediate suspension.

6. WhatsApp and Meta Infrastructure Dependencies

Our SaaS layers sit on top of Meta's messaging systems. We do not govern or direct Meta's underlying infrastructure. Zunnich is not liable for issues, delivery delay variations, template rejections, rate limitations, or account suspensions imposed by Meta.

7. Fees and Billing

All paid configurations are billed in advance on recurring cycles. Unless specified, transactions are non-refundable. Failure to settle invoice dues may result in service suspension.

8. Customer Data

You retain full ownership of customer contacts and message records. You grant Zunnich the necessary operational permissions to process this content strictly for hosting services.

9. Intellectual Property

All codebase structures, UI styles, documentation, graphics, templates, and trademarks remain the sole intellectual property of Zunnich. You may not reverse engineer, clone, or resell the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, Zunnich is not liable for indirect, accidental, or special losses (including business interruption or lost profits). Our cumulative liability will not exceed the total subscription payments received from you during the three months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Zunnich harmless against any legal actions, liabilities, damages, or claims resulting from your usage of the Platform, violations of these terms, or violations of privacy laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend account access at any time for policy breaches, suspected fraud, or systemic abuse. You may close your subscription at your discretion.
