Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs purchases, subscriptions, wallet credits, and other paid services offered through Zunnich. By purchasing any paid plan or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Fees
All monthly and annual subscription plans are billed in advance and are **generally non-refundable**. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals, but we do not provide refunds or partial credits for remaining days in the active billing period.
2. Wallet and Messaging Credits
Prepaid balances, such as wallet credits, automated messaging packages, AI conversation expansions, and contact tier add-ons, are **non-refundable** once purchased. These credits do not carry cash value and cannot be withdrawn or returned.
3. WhatsApp Conversation Fees
Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations based on categories (marketing, utility, service). These fees are processed in real time and are entirely non-refundable once incurred. Zunnich cannot reverse Meta infrastructure charges under any circumstances.
4. Exceptions and Dispute Resolution
We review claims on a case-by-case basis. Refund exceptions are only approved at our sole discretion in clear cases of:
- Duplicate transaction charges caused by payment processing systems.
- Verified billing errors caused directly by a software glitch in Zunnich systems.
- Unauthorized account charges verified through our security protocols.
5. Service Outages
Temporary service interruptions, scheduled system maintenance, cloud provider outages, or Meta platform service disruptions do not qualify for credits or transaction refunds.
6. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting our billing support team first will result in temporary suspension of your WhatsApp automated flows until the dispute is resolved.
